We primarily service residential homes which usually encompass more square
footage. Our prices are a per room basis of $100 per listed
bedroom and bathroom.
Common Rooms:
• Wipe light switches & door handles.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Dust or wipe wall hangings per specifications.
• Vacuum or mop floors.
• Clean telephones.
• Dust all cleared surfaces, including desks, cabinets, and other flat surfaces.
• Vacuum or brush desk cloth chairs, wipe arms/edges, and clean chair bases as needed.
• Clean glass and counter surfaces throughout.
• Wipe down surface of appliances (Stove, Refrigerator,
Microwaves, etc.).
• Empty, re-line, and clean trash receptacles.
• Remove waste material for sanitation pickup.
Bedroom:
• Sweep and mop floors with approved germicidal detergent solutions.
• Clean and polish all mirrors, shelves, etc.
• Clean and disinfect vanity, shower/tub, and polish chrome.
• Spot wipe handprints and soil around doors and door handles.
• Clean and disinfect commodes/urinals with approved germicidal detergent solutions.
• Remove waste for sanitation collection.
Deep Cleaning:
Every deep clean includes the general clean with detail emphasis and focus on build-up, plus the following:
• Dust accessible windowsills and blinds.
• Perform high/low dusting in all accessible areas.
• Remove visible cobwebs.
• Clean door frames and doors.
• Move + clean under furniture (only if approved by client)
• Clean baseboards.
